Handsome Kite Face // Free Motion Embroidery (Blue)

We are happy to welcome a new embroidered illustration in time for spring. This jolly little character began as a watercolor illustration, which we converted into a one of a kind textile art piece entirely using free motion embroidery techniques. 

This piece was created on a gorgeous metallic gold foil pressed linen remnant left over from our Circa 26 collection, later appliquéd onto a beautiful handwoven linen and embellished with a tarnished tinsel bow.  

Framed with glass in a 5 X 7 " champagne wood frame with chipboard backing and hook for hanging.
