Recycled Sari Border Remnants
In our attempts to never let any fabric remnants from our studio go to waste, our partners in India have created a beautiful bundle of metallic gold borders left over from vintage sari silks.
vintage sari silks can commonly be used as a material for making blouses or dresses, and the gold border is usually removed beforehand. These beautiful borders can be reused as trims for crocheting, weaving, braiding, hair ties or any textile project you can think of!
Each bundle comes in a reusable muslin drawstring pouch and includes approximately 10-15 borders ranging in width and length. (Each measuring roughly between 1-2 yards each) Colors are assorted randomly.
We look forward to seeing what you create with these!
